About Me

I didn’t get into technology until I started college. I decided on software development as a path on the advice of a friend, and I’m glad I did. I enjoy doing anything technology related and often have a bunch of different projects going on at any given time involving sotware and hardware to make my life easier.

I went into leadership beacuse I am passionate about helping people grow. I also believe there should be a paradigm shift from the old top down leadership, to supporting every person and team in being autonomous and making their own decisions.

I enjoy nature and going on adventurers with my wife and our dogs, hiking, fishing, hunting, or any other activity that is done outside. I’m usually involved in multiple Dungeons & Dragons campaigns at any given point in time. I love reading science fiction novels and listening to podcasts.
